The only good thing was the location, which was very close to the event we attended, but the room wasn’t ready when I arrived even after I called and was promised early check‑in, they gave me a lower‑tier room and told me I was getting a discount, I was only saved $2 total, I was double‑charged and can’t reach anyone by phone, and the room was filthy with hair everywhere, even on the supposedly clean beds.
