The room was tidy and clean, but the acoustics were terrible and the shower tap was broken.

Breakfast was outstanding, the room was spacious with a balcony hot tub and good light control, and the setting was gorgeous with lush nature. However, breakfast was served in a shared area where pets were allowed, which was uncomfortable, and the hotel is much farther from downtown Gramado than it appears.
