The room I stayed in was comfortable, but cleanliness was a problem. On 24 September 2026 I reported maintenance issues; the hotel assigned me a room for four nights, but on the third night they told me the water pipes in my room had burst and that if we didn’t move immediately it would affect other rooms. I had to vacate and shift to a new room that wasn’t clean, and the staff wasn’t helpful in cleaning it. I had to call reception ten times. This incident shows the hotel’s maintenance is poor and they don’t care about room cleanliness or guest health.
