“Un soggiorno indimenticabile!”
Staying at Borgo Elaia was a real pleasure. The village, made of beautifully restored trulli, kept all the charm and authenticity of Puglian tradition. We were lucky to stay in a trullo itself, a unique and evocative experience that made our stay even more special. The property is well cared for with great taste and attention to detail, and the pool is a valuable addition, letting us enjoy the village’s tranquility and cool off without always heading to the sea. The staff’s welcome, availability, and professionalism were impeccable. The breakfast deserves special mention—probably one of the best we’ve ever had during a stay. Local products of the highest quality, many prepared on site, show care in every detail, offering an authentic taste of Puglia. The location is also perfect: Cisternino is a strategic point for exploring the Valle d’Itria and some of the region’s finest spots. In about 30 minutes by car, you can reach many of the true gems of the area, making Borgo Elaia an ideal base for exploring and for absolute relaxation. Location, hospitality, cuisine, position, and detail care all exceeded our expectations. An authentic and special place we’ll remember as one of the best moments of our Puglia trip and will gladly return to.
