“Experience not value for the price you pay : Stay here because of limited other options”
Rooms were spacious and property lay out was good. 1. Highly overpriced for the quality of experience and usually expected levels of hospitality. 2. No fan in room. Highly unusual for a place with that weather and load shedding. Our room ac compressor malfunctioned in the afternoon and had to be repaired. Till then room was boiling hot. 3. No Ala carte available in restaurant. again surprising because you are forced to take the full buffet even if you don’t want to. 4. Breakfast ends at 9.30 am and check out time is also the same : very odd and not experienced it anywhere else till now. 5. No TV channels available throughout our two day stay . excuse given was weather but it was totally clear during our entire stay and issue could have been resolved easily in one day 6. Only one access card given for room 7. We were billed double the amount for one meal which had to be pointed out and then we were refunded. The two friends who were at our table for whom we were billed were also billed separately. This is not acceptable. 8. Generally a little unhelpful and unaccommodating attitude of staff across the board
