The hotel’s location is convenient with easy access to the BTS. The TV connects to YouTube and other streaming services, which is a nice added feature. Despite some previous comments about noise, I didn’t find the hotel noisy during my stay. The rooms could use improvements in cleanliness, appearance, and facilities. I stayed in two different rooms. In the first room, the toilet’s water hose leaked, which should be easy to fix. In the second room, the air conditioning was hard to adjust because of the control’s placement. Shower water pressure could also be better. I also saw bugs in the rooms, so more thorough cleaning and sanitisation would help. That said, given the price, the hotel did its best to provide a comfortable stay and offers good value for money.

“It’s more of backpackers hotel. The premium room is not for business executives who needs to focus.”

I couldn’t get breakfast, and the spot is near BTS, but the traffic was so heavy that a taxi took 45 minutes to cover the 800 m on the first day. I paid extra for a premium room, yet it was right next to the busy road and I couldn’t sleep peacefully for four nights; the constant traffic noise woke me up repeatedly, which was especially bad while I was at the GASTECH exhibition.

“Good value for money”

The hotel sits very close to Sukhumvit Road and BTS. If the staff assigns you a room on the BTS side, you’ll hear the trains start and finish early and late. Overall, it’s good value for money.

The staff were very friendly, the location was excellent right by the BTS station, the rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. The air‑conditioning was great, the elevators modern, and the price‑to‑quality ratio was top. The only downside is the street noise you have to expect.
