I left immediately. The rooms were stinking of mold, with black, swollen walls, cockroaches and ants on the bed and in the bathroom. The photos on Booking don’t match reality.

“Incredible time at the Luxury Motel”

The room has everything you need: the air‑con and fan work fine, the shower is powerful, cleaning service is available, laundry is on site for a reasonable fee, and the neighbourhood is lovely. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting. For the price it’s by far the best in the area, just a few minutes’ walk to the beach. The bed is firm, which I actually like. Nothing else to mention.

“SOCKS BLEW OFF”

What a fantastic motel—pet‑friendly for our little dog, many places would have charged extra! The staff were lovely and very welcoming. Thank you so much! The only downside: a fridge in the room would be nice.

This family‑owned place is amazing. The beach at Son Tra is just a five‑minute walk away, and there are plenty of local cafés nearby. Compared to the city center, the area is much quieter. The staff are extremely helpful and speak very good English. The rooms are tidy, clean, and fully equipped with shelves, AC, tables, fans, and more. Single rooms are small but very comfortable; the beds are quite firm, which is exactly what I wanted, so if you prefer a softer mattress, look elsewhere. Cleaning is always perfect and available on request. The price is unbeatable for a hotel of this caliber. I’ve stayed here twice, and the last time I stayed for almost three months. The only downside is that construction started next door just a week ago, but I’m sure it will be finished soon, given how fast and efficient the Vietnamese are.

“The money I paid for this Hotel I have no complaints the room was cleaned. The staff were friendly.”

The beach is a short walk away, and Steve was very helpful. Nothing else to note.
