This place was a total disaster from start to finish. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me, and the room was a cramped, dingy space that felt like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I was expecting a bit more for the price, but what I got was a bunch of broken promises and a general sense of neglect. The location was actually pretty good, but that's about the only positive thing I can say.

I'm still trying to process how a hotel with such a great location could be so utterly chaotic. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized, and our room was right next to the elevator, which made it sound like a jackhammer was going off all night. On the bright side, the room itself was spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfy, but that was about it. The breakfast spread was also surprisingly good, with a nice selection of pastries and eggs.

Nothing!. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in, staff was so rude, food was 5 star hotel expensive, there were stains on bed sheets, TV was not working, no ventilation, no ac remote was there and what not

The hotel's location was pretty good, but unfortunately, the noise level was a major issue for me. The constant din made it hard to relax.
