The hotel staff provided exceptional service, addressing all our queries promptly, and the breakfast was truly outstanding. Our overall experience was overwhelmingly positive, with no areas for improvement. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect.

The hotel's location was ideal, being close to local amenities and the train station. Unfortunately, there were no negative aspects to report.

Unfortunately, our stay was marred by a few issues, including the unpleasant smell of the bedding upon arrival and the fact that it was not changed throughout our 7-night stay.

My stay at the hotel was marked by exceptional hospitality, with staff going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. However, the language barrier posed a significant challenge during my visit. The hotel's innovative approach to room service, featuring a robot delivery system, was a delightful surprise.
