The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, it was comfortable, and we were able to get into a room earlier than my reservation was scheduled for. The desk person took 10‑15 min to show up at the check‑in counter; who leaves the front desk totally unattended? That is crazy! The TV remote worked poorly – bad batteries and no back to hold the batteries in tightly. The hair shampoo and conditioner bottles were one tiny squeeze from being empty. They should’ve had more towels available in the bathroom. I didn’t complain because it was for one night only.

It was a continental breakfast, very misleading! I was looking forward to a hot meal/. The breakfast should have been a hot meal. When entering the hotel it had an odor that wasn't inviting

The window shade had holes and let light from the parking lot filter in, making it hard to sleep well.

The stay was wonderful and I really loved how comfortable the bed was; I will definitely tell people about this place and thank you for welcoming us! Everything was great and it was a lovely spot to stay, with very reasonable pricing.
