I stayed close to Kaohsiung Train Station, which was convenient. However, the door to my room could not be locked from inside, and although the staff assured me it was safe and that the door locks immediately when closed, it still felt unsettling because anyone with a key could enter. I’m puzzled why this hotel earned an 8 rating.

The place was very clean.

The room’s price and comfort were acceptable. The surrounding area felt a bit sketchy because of the casino and nearby businesses, but overall it was still safe. I lost a point because only one towel was provided and the rest were disposable.
