Nothing positive. The location, staff, facilities, and odd parking garage were all negative.
“Clean and comfortable, but let down by several frustrating practical issues.”
The room was spotless and the mattress was comfortable, but it got unbearably hot at night. When we switched the AC from heat to cool, it blew loudly, and opening the window let in a lot of street noise. Parking was a hassle: we had to find a spot on the busy street, then go into the hotel to have the barrier opened. Inside, the spaces were cramped, and leaving was confusing because there was no sign about pulling a red cord to open the exit barrier, so we had to go back to reception. The lifts were so tight that it felt claustrophobic. The worst part was the cleaning crew unlocked and entered our room at 8:20 am on Sunday while we were still in bed, even though check‑out was at 12 pm.
The room was nice, but the location was good.

L' hotel è collocato in una buona posizione, poco distante sia dalla stazione ferroviaria che dal centro storico. La camera è pulita, funzionale ed insonorizzata se la finestra viene tenuta chiusa. Colazione essenziale con offerta dolce e salata, aperta per un lungo periodo di tempo. In zona presenti molti ristoranti o catene di fast food dove mangiare anche la sera tardi, a soli 10 minuti dal centro termale. Dalle tubature del bagno la sera proveniva un odore sgradevole che ristagnava se non si azionava la ventola per parecchi minuti. La colazione poteva essere più fornita e alle 09 alcuni alimenti erano già quasi esauriti senza essere stati rimpiazzati
