Daily breakfast, optional dinner, 24‑hour concierge, and complimentary on‑site parking enhance the stay.

The place was clean and the reception by Madam Gloria was outstanding.

The air conditioner worked great, the staff were friendly, and Madam Gloria was especially welcoming; we had an accident on our way to Livingstone and, arriving late at midnight, she was patient and helped us whenever we needed it, her smile was amazing.

The property was fine, but the AC was broken, Wi‑Fi was missing on arrival, the room was dirty, and we had to switch rooms for a night only to be sent back to the original one, which meant constantly packing and unpacking. The new room had cockroaches and other insects; I asked for compensation but got none, never saw Gloria for an apology, and was told to pay in cash—something not mentioned in the booking—so I had to go into town to find money. Overall, a very bad experience.

The staff were friendly, the rooms comfortable and quiet, and there was a pool. The location was a short distance from the border and Victoria Falls.
