I booked a cheap rate on Booking, but when I arrived the hotel said the price was wrong because of a Booking error. The front‑desk staff seemed reluctant to accept that rate. Even though I’d called before arriving, they only replied with “I don’t have that price.” I’m really dissatisfied.
