The lake view was nice, but there was no hot water in the room for a shower, the restaurant service stopped on the second day, the neighbors kept us up all night, and we had to change rooms because the air‑conditioner failed.

Nothing good; everything bad. The hotel is old, has had no maintenance for years, is very pricey compared to many better hotels, and the photos on the website are very misleading.

The staff were attentive and the location is central, the environment is very calm, but the facilities need a lot of upkeep, the price was high for the conditions, the paint is peeling, the beds are old, there are no decent meal promotions, and there’s no discount for using the facilities because of the poor maintenance.
