The staff was excellent, but the bathroom exhaust fan was terribly loud.

The location was fine, but this is the worst hotel experience ever and we haven’t even slept there yet. I went to check in and handed my license to the man, who immediately asked if we were using the card on file or a different one. Before he finished speaking he ran the card, and when I told him it was the wrong one he just said “oh well.” Our door has a noticeable gap where it should meet the frame, which makes me feel unsafe. Then we took the kids to the pool, and there was a wasp nest with wasps swarming around; the smell was awful because they conveniently put the dumpster right next to it. We will never stay here again. I’ve attached photos of the room, and the dark one shows the door gap.

The location was fine, but the Wi‑Fi was bad and the kids were upset.

The spot was spot on, the team was super friendly, and the kids were thrilled with the pictures hanging in the room.
