Great communication with hotel. Excellent large room for 3. All staff and family extremely pleasant and helpful. Our bags were carried up to 1st level as there is no lift. Good Sri Lankan and western breakfast. Shout out to Hasith who helped with breakfast and making up our room, and his always friendly smile. View from our room was not the best. The dining area and reception lobby could do with a refresh

The staff were very nice, especially Hasith who took great care of us and answered all our questions. The location is good and the rates are very fair, and the rooms are very clean. We would definitely return.

When we first entered the room, a large cockroach was visible on the sheets; after a moment of horror it was swapped for a new room immediately. This can happen where there’s vegetation; a bit more vigilance would help.
The hotel is family‑run, so the personal touch and warmth are evident throughout. The family creates a welcoming, homely atmosphere that makes you feel well cared for. They genuinely care about guests and are always ready to help with anything needed. Their son, Hasith, was always present and attentive, ensuring we had everything we required and gladly offered advice or recommendations. His kindness and hospitality made our stay truly special. Overall, we felt very welcomed and comfortable and would recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a warm, personal, and authentic experience in Sri Lanka.
