The location can't be beaten, with easy access to the motorway and rail connections - it's really convenient.
The food was fantastic, and I appreciated the little touches like Illy coffee.
The room was lovely, very nicely decorated and clean, with a very comfortable bed and a lovely location.
The staff were super friendly and helpful, and our room was really spacious and comfy, with an amazing view of the river.

The welcome was wonderful and the location was quiet.

The place was in a good spot, the room was nice, the food was good—everything we needed. The only gripe was the stairs leading up to the room.

What a beautiful location, next to the canal/river. Rooms were excellent, with a lovely little private patio next to the river. The food at dinner was exceptional, and the breakfast absolutely superb. A fabulous place to stay, and we would definitely return if in the area. There was nothing to fault

Everything was great, from the staff to the food, but the room had a few cleanliness issues: the bins hadn't been emptied, the floor hadn't been vacuumed, someone’s socks were on the bedside table, and there was no milk for tea and coffee. I was pretty tired, so a bit more attention to detail would have made it a flawless clean stay.
