The price was fine, but I didn’t stay because the first room was filthy—dried soda seemed to run down the wall, and the end tables hadn’t even been wiped. The shower looked unclean too. The second room smelled of pee at the door and had a smoky interior. After half an hour, the AC didn’t cool the heat. I asked for a refund, which turned into a whole ordeal: I had to shout repeatedly to find someone, then the staff didn’t know how to process a refund. When I said “call your manager,” he replied that his manager had no phone. All of that plus the fact that online said check‑in starts at 1 pm and asked for my arrival time. I arrived between 1 and 2 pm, around 1:30, and the maintenance guy said I was too early. When I explained the online info, he muttered about me as he walked around the corner. The breakfast area wasn’t even cleaned; I sat there while trying to contact someone and had to ask for a wet wipe to clean the table. Windows were filthy, the parking lot was full of trash, and the ice machine was broken. It was the worst place I’ve ever been. The front desk guy was nice but seemed to spend his downtime in one of the nearby rooms and didn’t know how to use the computers.
