The staff were very attentive and friendly, and breakfast was always delicious. The pool area was well maintained. However, our first room by the pool smelled moldy and damp. When we complained, we were offered a different room in the building at a substantial extra cost.

The service was top‑level with a personal touch from the staff. Free hotel transport to Ubud’s center runs three times a day. Everyone working at the hotel is very kind and always smiling. We stayed three nights there and were very satisfied.

An unforgettable stay – truly exceptional from start to finish. It’s hard to describe how special our six‑night stay at AnandaDara Ubud Resort & Spa was. From the moment we began planning, the level of care, communication, and personal service was outstanding. A special thanks to Ayu, who handled every arrangement, activity, transfer, spa treatment, and detail with patience and professionalism. By the time we arrived, it felt as if the hotel already knew us and wanted to make our visit special, and it did. The resort itself is beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. Our Rice Field Villa with a private onsen was stunning, but the people made the experience truly remarkable. We felt more like VIPs than ordinary guests, with every request met with warmth, kindness, and genuine care. The restaurant staff paid extraordinary attention to my wife’s dietary allergies and intolerances, ensuring every meal was safe and offering alternatives immediately when needed. No surprises after the food arrived.
