The house was very good, offered many amenities and had a great location.

The house was spotless, highly organized, and had everything; it was small but very spacious. Excellent. It was just a 10‑minute walk to the center. The only minor issue was the old air conditioners that made a bit of noise, but they worked fine.

The location was good, very close to the center of Volos. The bathroom was large and fully equipped with everything you might need (kitchen tools, utensils, detergents, even a baby food chair). Breakfast was generous with toast, jams, honey, coffee, etc. The wooden floor in the bedroom was rough. It was a nice house but not very spacious enough for a family with two or more children.

The apartment was cozy, well‑equipped, and the décor was tidy. It was perfect for two people but not for four, unfortunately, because of the quality of the sofa bed. Even though the owner could be reached through the platform, we never met him, and he didn’t even come to hand over the keys. A pity. Otherwise the apartment was well equipped and easy to access, and there was always a way to park on the street.
