The location is excellent—about 5 minutes from Earls Court Station—and the interior is lovely and quirky. The rooms were charming, fully equipped, and the decor and furnishings were delightful. However, we arrived just after 3 pm, the room wasn’t ready, and we had to wait over an hour for the keys.

This hotel is superb for its price. The room was clean, spacious, and well arranged, with a bed that was very comfortable—a rarity in many hotels. I especially enjoyed the lively atmosphere, with people sipping coffee, working in the coworking space, or meeting up, yet it never felt crowded. Walking to Earls Court station takes only 10 minutes. The breakfast was adequate for the price. I don’t understand the need for “Online Check‑in” when you still have to check in on arrival.

The place is in a fantastic location with a nice restaurant and a decent small gym. However, rooms aren’t cleaned unless you pay a hefty extra fee, even though the nightly rate is high. There’s no night room service, and when we asked for water the staff said it wasn’t possible because the bar was closed, forcing us to leave at midnight to find an open supermarket.
