Everything was nice, clean, and the hospitality was very refined and quiet, and everything was pleasant.

The room was terrible and dirty; the bathroom had a bad odor and the door was old and wouldn't close properly. I told reception not to clean the room, yet someone entered and left a partially open water bottle on the floor. There were no towels, so I had to request them, and no hairdryer, so I borrowed one from reception and had to return it immediately.
