There was black mold on the bathroom ceiling, the area was noisy, and a bright light outside the window stayed on all night because there were no blackout curtains or effective blinds.

When we got there the weather was a touch chilly, and the wall‑panel heater barely kept up; an air‑con or electric heater would have helped on the cold nights. The bathroom had a leak that should be fixed to prevent injuries.

The place was very clean, spacious, and the beds were comfortable with fresh linens. However, there was no backup power, no proper air‑con or heater, and the TV was small and far from the bed.
