“Solo in caso di necessità”
The cleaning was good, but the room was quite hot without air conditioning; only one of the two windows had blinds, so I had to block the other with two sheets. The hotel sits on a fairly busy street, beyond which a train line runs. Breakfast was mediocre: packaged brioche, pre‑wrapped ham, stale bread.
The guest was disappointed to find that the hotel did not have a restaurant, despite the photos suggesting otherwise. This oversight was a significant letdown.
There was no staff present, the establishment was closed, I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to arrive, the restaurant was closed, no one was there, and the prices were excessive.
The guest's experience was marred by several disappointments, including the lack of a restaurant and poor value for money. However, the free parking in Zurich was a welcome surprise. Overall, the stay fell short of expectations due to various issues.
