This hotel scammed me out of the booking. The hotel scammed my family and many others; no staff were present at arrival, leaving dozens stranded in a terrible neighbourhood at night. We never got in and I want my money back.

The building had several rooms, was clean, offered free water bottles and shower accessories, and the bedding was tidy—adequate for a two‑night stay. However, check‑in happened only via messages; the host sent the door code through WhatsApp. The rooms were very cramped for three people, making movement difficult, and there was no storage space. It was a bit expensive for what it was, but we had no other choice.

It did not exist even though it was listed on your website; we paid for nothing. It did not exist. We paid for accommodation and an expensive taxi ride to a hotel that did not exist, and we were scammed while using it.

I could not check in; this is likely a scam. I could not check in; this is likely a scam.

Nothing at all, the hotel or motel whatever you wanna call it was a scam. Nobody was there to let you in and they must’ve if they did have a room over sold it and didn’t tell anybody. I tried calling, but the person at the desk hung up, and then he disconnected the phone to where no one would answer, when we arrived there were many other families outside because nobody would open the door, we did not stay. We ended up going back to the airport and staying in the lobby at the airport was not able to sleep at all
