“enttäuschend”

The hotel’s proximity to Lake Garda is a plus, but the value for money is off; many aspects could have been improved. The building feels old and in need of renovation, and the plumbing is extremely noisy. Our balcony was tiny, and everyone smoked on the balconies, so we couldn’t even open a window because of the cigarette smoke. The minibar was empty, with no bottled water available—everything had to be bought at the bar. Breakfast was the cheapest quality: jam, cheese, and the only fresh items were the rolls. The fruit was only suitable for the juice machine. The vending machine coffee was acceptable. Room cleaning was good. The pool is nicely located, but there are no towels provided; you have to request them separately.

The place was good, the view was beautiful, breakfast wasn’t bad, there was a pool and garden area, and everything was very tidy. I wasn’t upset, but I would have liked more variety in the warm breakfast options and a larger room.

The staff were very friendly, cleanliness was excellent, the balcony view was lovely, and the overall atmosphere in the hotel was good. No complaints.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the approach to the hotel is quite unusual and demands a lot from the vehicle and driver, and the room was unfortunately noisy because it faced the street.
