The hot water was great, making a tired day’s shower a real pleasure. On the downside, the apartment’s kitchen seemed to be used frequently, and the window is hard to open wide, so the whole place constantly smells like Korean barbecue.

The room’s equipment and cleanliness were solid. However, arriving after 23:00 triggered a £49 surcharge, and the only ground‑floor room was next to the reception, so the hallway traffic made it noisy.

The property is lovely and really clean. Close to the centre . The owners were also lovely and let us leave car there when we went out. We would stay again and recommend
