Who wouldn’t want to stay in such a lovely room right on the historic main road in Manarola? Giovanni greeted us personally, gave us a bit of history, hiking suggestions, restaurant recommendations, and a heartfelt welcome to his town; I just wish we’d stayed longer to explore.
