“relaxant”
The cleanliness, the layout, and the balcony view are good. The furniture in the room was damaged and the fridge was rusty.
“Ein sehr sauberer und ruhiger Aufenthalt mit herzlichem Personal, traumhaftem Ausblick und perfekter Lage mitten im wund”
The staff were incredibly friendly, especially the owner and her daughter. Our room was cleaned daily and everything was very tidy. The beds were well maintained and the mattresses were a dream. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The sea view was sensational, and despite the central location, the property was pleasantly quiet, even in the evening. We had two rooms, one with a direct sea view and the other with a side view. The location right in the beautiful Agios Nikitas is perfect. The small town center, the bay, and everything else are quickly reachable on foot. Breakfast could be added daily for 10 euros and was completely acceptable for that price. The furniture is clearly old and not modern, but it was clean, well kept, and functional. In relation to the older furnishings, we found the price of about 1,200 euros for ten nights in a room without a direct sea view to be quite high. However, you’re definitely paying for the special and very central location.
“ionis hotel”
The location is close to the beach. There is no parking! Getting luggage in is very difficult.
The hotel’s location is very good. The owner and staff are kind and friendly; if you have a question they’re happy to help. The owner even assisted me in booking a bus ticket for my next destination. The room view was beautiful. The area was quiet and peaceful, and the weather was lovely. Having air conditioning in the room was a big plus. The room was generally clean, and we requested daily cleaning, which they provided. Thanks! The beach, restaurants, and cafés are all just steps away. The location is really excellent. People in the area were generally very kind and helpful. The bed has sagged slightly in the middle from long use, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. The balconies are too close together and lack privacy. There is only one power outlet in the room, and the extension cord can’t reach because the refrigerator is plugged in. The hotel’s “Greece” concept provides no water or slippers in rooms, basic necessities that every hotel in Turkey—whether a star or a very cheap one—should include. Breakfast is very limited, which is true for all hotels, not just this one.
“נורא”
I had a terrible experience. The host was very unfriendly, demanding the remaining payment immediately after we arrived from a long trip from Athens. She scornfully mentioned that I had sent many messages beforehand—one email asking for a relatively private balcony and two rooms next to each other, plus another email to confirm how much I’d have to pay upon arrival because she requires half the amount upfront. I booked 7 nights in advance and left after one. The room was clean enough but it felt like they were trying to squeeze every cent, knowing there will always be another guest to pay. We received no refund, and the house still cost us over 1600 euros. A shocking experience; stay away.
