Everything was great: we stayed very well, the room was very clean, and the location was excellent; nothing to add.

Everything was fairly new and clean, and although it wasn’t mentioned, there were toiletries—gel, shampoo in the shower, and hand soap—so I would have liked to know that beforehand to avoid carrying them; when I arrived it was hot but I couldn’t find the air‑conditioning remote, so I opened the window and a mosquito got in; the mattress could be better, and I didn’t like how impersonal it felt—I never met the host.

The building is in a noble palace in an excellent location: the center of Bologna is just a 20‑minute walk, and right outside the entrance are public transport stops, very convenient for getting anywhere; below the house is a Conad, really handy; the room and bathroom are very spacious with impeccable cleanliness; I appreciated the little details like the coffee machine, the kettle for teas, and fresh water in the fridge; check‑in was easy and fast; the stay was excellent, absolutely recommended!

The check‑in was fine, but the air‑conditioner and heating didn’t work, the shower drain was clogged so the floor flooded every time I tried to shower, and overall the price seemed too high for the quality.
