The hotel features flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi in its main building and annex, 100 meters apart. Continental and English breakfast options are available, along with cold drinks at reception.

It’s a full‑service hotel with great staff. I bought a vinyl record and needed it stored at their address until my arrival—after two weeks they agreed to help. Downstairs opposite the reception is a lounge with a coffee machine, hot chocolate, and tea, plus a water cooler on the first floor for unlimited water; the room itself has no kettle or water. The room is very small, barely enough space, but I got a balcony almost the size of the room, which was atmospheric. Trash was taken out daily. The location is superb, in a pleasant area next to Notting‑Hill, 10‑12 minutes on foot to Kensington Gardens, and transport links are great. Breakfast ran from 07:30 to 09:30, which was too early for me, so I didn’t try it. The only downside is the room size and the tiny sink, but given the price and location it’s a 100 % good option.

The spot is excellent—two different metro lines are fast to reach, and several bus lines are close by. Check‑in can be done at any time, which is very convenient. The building is clean, and both the included and extra breakfast options are good. The staff are kind and helpful. Our room was on the top floor, and besides the many stairs, the shower pressure was almost nonexistent.
