“Disappointed by the night staff”
The bed was pretty comfortable and the view was nice. Unfortunately, my experience was not good. We arrived around 12:30 am, and the reception staff were not very polite or helpful. We were shown around four different rooms, and small cockroaches were present on the beds in each of them. In the room we finally accepted, the pillows were also not clean or comfortable. When I asked for a replacement, the staff only brought pillow covers instead of replacing the pillow. Since it was already very late at night and I had an appointment at 9 am, I did not want to argue and simply stayed in the room. Overall, the cleanliness, room condition, and staff behaviour were very disappointing.
