The staff were very friendly and responded immediately to every request. We ordered food delivery and the staff brought it to the room because it was hard to go up and down the stairs. The room was gorgeous; I booked a Deluxe, it was spacious, the bed was huge and comfortable, and the bathroom was absolutely stunning. The only downside was the number of stairs to reach the room, the road noise that made it hard to relax and sleep, and the large amount of small ants in the room—including some in the bed—and even some big ants, which was a bit uncomfortable.

The staff at the villa were very good and delicate—thanks a lot for your hard work! To be precise: the room was well furnished, with plenty of storage space (I mention this first for travelers staying long-term). The bedding isn’t 100% cotton, but that’s common now, even in Bali, and the pastel color is pleasant to the touch and smells wonderful, which is rare in Bali. Housekeeping is available on request, very quick, and they replace all linens and towels in the room. The views from the room are beautiful. The location is over the road—air can be very polluted and noisy! But most places in Bali are in noisy areas (construction or roosters even in remote spots), so bring earplugs—they really help sleep.

The room was large, the bed was spacious and very comfortable! The pool area is nice, but when it rains there’s no shelter to keep your towels, phone, etc. dry. Overall, a nice stay. The traffic is loud but bearable. The only issue was the traffic being so close to the road.

Room size. 1. Whether you like it or not, you have to wake up at 7 am, because right under the windows is the road on which the hill goes, and cars, especially trucks, are very noisy. 2. This is the first time I've seen this in my life, but there was almost no cold water in the room, and the hot water was very hot and there was much more of it. So it was almost impossible to wash in the shower. Apparently there was something wrong with the mixers
