Everything was very anonymous, but you can only reach the staff by phone.

We were not even checked in; at 3 pm we received a call that they had a water damage problem, yet they didn't help us even though we were already in town. Will we get our paid amount back? Has the hotel not contacted you yet?

The building was in bad shape, there was no breakfast and no staff, and the photos were a lie.
