The location was good, yet the receptionist had a very bad attitude—an older, irritable person with zero patience, who also mishandled my reservation, was rude, and the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, so we left and will file a refund request with my bank.

The rooms were spotless, but booking through platforms didn't include breakfast even at a higher rate, and the hotel refused to accept a direct payment if you cancelled.
