The location is super convenient, with lots of food options nearby and the LRT/MRT station and race start/finish points just a short walk away, which is great for runners. The room and bathroom were clean and well maintained. However, the toilet bowl made a continuous water‑flow or brushing sound all night, and the flush button was broken and never fixed during my stay. That constant noise made it hard to sleep. On top of that, the pillow and pillowcase had a slightly oily, unpleasant hair smell, so the pillows should be cleaned more regularly and fresh pillowcases provided.

“設備はいいけどフロントの男性が酷い”

The interior equipment and the location near Chinatown are good. The short‑haired male front desk staff had a very bad attitude and seemed ill‑suited for customer service. It appears the hotel and the booking site had poor coordination, leading to disputes over reservations. During that time, a female guest was shouted at loudly and it was very uncomfortable to witness. The site states check‑in is at 14:00, but the hotel says 15:00, so the correct information wasn’t relayed. I tried to check in at 15:00 but could only do so around 16:30 because most of the previous guests were still fighting.

“Best place to stay for vacation”

Everything was great—staff were very friendly, the facilities were good, and the air conditioning was very cold. There’s parking, so I didn’t have to worry about finding a spot. I’ll stay here again if I ever go to KL 😊

“Our stay at Aces Hotel”

It was close to the places we wanted to visit and within walking distance. The parking wasn’t included in the stay. The toilet, windows, and mirrors were dirty. Towels were frayed and old. Bedding and mugs had stains. The TV wasn’t plugged in and had no adapter, and there was no hairdryer.
