The place is great for its location and comfort, though the garbage disposal rules are a bit annoying.

The apartment is close to the sea, clean inside, and most days I could easily park my car in view of the unit; it has a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher, plus a big balcony on two sides. The lighting is excellent and the neighbors are friendly. I can walk to buy water, bread, or delicacies. The furniture is modern and almost new, and there’s a keylocker. However, the toiletries are inadequate, though a pharmacy nearby sells them; there are no paper towels and only one kitchen towel. Recycling bins are unclear, and I had to go downstairs at night on certain days to put items in the correct bins, with a penalty warning. Town tax is an extra cash payment at the end, with a reminder on WhatsApp. There’s no lift for luggage, and the furniture could be better. Curtains don’t fully block the kitchen/living room windows, which is important because I have to move from the bathroom to the bedroom through the kitchen with large windows. The apartment is cramped, so moving around without touching furniture is hard. Initially, I struggled to find the main entry of the building, even though it’s on a corner; the external door is dirty. I had a poor experience at one nearby restaurant that recommended buying a fish soup costing over 50 euros for one person without warning. The proper beach isn’t close, but the small harbour is nearby. The PDF with tourist recommendations is only handed out after arrival and contains items that aren’t valid for that time of year, though it’s well presented. I expected some printed items left in the apartment, not just warnings about recycling penalties. Personal info is required via WhatsApp even though I booked securely. Some fines for parking, speed, or rented car towns taxes may appear after the holiday without clear warning where parking is free, etc. There are no clear vegetarian options in restaurants, only a list of allergens when meat isn’t one of them.
