The location was convenient with easy access to Central Glasgow, and the staff were friendly. The room had plenty of tea, coffee, and toiletries, and there was a restaurant attached. An abrupt noise below my room—maybe a door banging—kept startling me. The shower was good, but the water wasn’t hot enough.

The free breakfast was ideal, and the room was very spacious with plenty of facilities. I didn’t check if there were individual heating controls, but it didn’t matter; once I was in bed, the heating was fine. The bed was nice and comfortable, and the sheets felt clean. I would have liked an option for cooked breakfast, but I can’t complain about the stay given the price.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was large and clean. The shower’s water pressure was limited, which was a bit disappointing.

Breakfast was excellent with many choices, and the restaurant food was exceptional. The location fit my needs because it was close to family. The staff were very welcoming. The only downside was that the mattress was too soft for me; I know not everyone prefers a firm mattress.
