I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would rate my overall experience 9/10. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the service throughout my stay was excellent. A special mention goes to Mai Anh and My at reception, who were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They were always happy to assist whenever I needed anything and made me feel very well looked after throughout my stay. Their warm smiles and attentive service definitely made my experience even more enjoyable. Thank you, Mai Anh and My, and the whole team for the wonderful hospitality. I would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to others. Nothing else to add.

“11/10 no but, what if, what so ever”

If you’re hunting for an awesome place to stay, book it without hesitation; it’s not far from the centre, just a 10‑minute walk to the Old Quarter, and the staff are extremely friendly and lovely. I got to meet most of the front‑of‑house crew, chatted with them, and brought them mixed fruit; Duy, Linh, Mi, Huy, Mai Anh, and Hau are truly assets to the company, and I’m sure they’ll go far and achieve great things in their careers. Nothing at all.

Very good, the décor is nice, the rooms are clean and cleaned daily, the breakfast is abundant, there’s a small pool on the roof with great water quality, and Mai Anh & Hau are the two front‑desk ladies who provide thorough service. All good.

“Great hotel close to Old town”

Clean, quiet, and comfortable hotel with an excellent buffet breakfast. The staff are very friendly and Ms Mai Ahn helped us with a bus to Sapa. No complaints.
