Front staff manager Fatima was very nice and accommodated my room relocation request, which was great. She did not charge me for parking, which was irritating since it was open parking with no garage or gate.

I flew there from Miami to handle catering for a wedding, ran into a small issue, and the staff and manager accommodated me; everyone was attentive, sweet, and welcoming. The café bistro staff were amazing, friendly, and sweet. I will definitely return.
