I got a big room with a balcony and a fridge, and the shower had hot water. The room and the whole hotel were clean. The breakfast buffet was amazing – plenty of options, no missing items. Rosa, the hostess, even offered me a traditional breakfast that I gladly accepted. She let me check out later because my flight was in the afternoon. The hotel is right across from a small shop, and the city center, restaurants, and two beaches are just a few minutes’ walk.

Breakfast was top‑notch – catchupa, fruit, juices, cheese, sausage, and homemade guava jam. Everything else is within walking distance: harbor, beaches, city center, museum. Across the street is a minimarket, and the big supermarket Boa Compra is almost next door, plus a good bakery on the same street. The shower is tiny, but it’s fine for a few days. Occasionally there’s no power, so no internet, but that’s common around Boa Vista and the pension can’t do much about it.

Good budget spot in the downtown area, easy walk to banks, supermarkets, restaurants, and the beach. Breakfast and staff were wonderful. The only gripe: the shower water was cold.
