The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated, and the parking was excellent.

The staff were so nice, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the pool area was also very clean.

The room was spacious and the whole property looked newly built and tidy; the price is high but the neighborhood feels safe enough to walk around, yet the breakfast buffet offered few choices, you have to travel about 0.5 mile for any decent food nearby, and overnight parking cost extra.

We stayed one night, but when we returned to our room the next evening, we discovered it had been reassigned to another guest who was already there. All of our food, including my baby’s food and milk and her bottles, remained in the hotel room. The hotel assigned us a new room. I asked if they could provide some milk for my baby since we no longer had access to our supplies. The milk they brought from the restaurant, after drinking and falling asleep she cried all night, when I tried the milk in the fridge it was spoiled. I was so worried that I considered taking her to the emergency room. I cried all night with her and people at reception said there is nothing they can do about it. I had classes at Stanford the next morning, which was the reason for our trip, but instead we spent the entire night exhausted and distressed. This was a shocking experience and not what I expected from a Hilton hotel. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve encountered a room assignment issue like this at a Hilton property. I would not recommend this hotel.
