Townhouse Oak Pondicherry Opposite to Rock Beach

Nothing to like about this place. It was the worst stay ever. The owner and the agencies had a lot of issues; after I arrived they said the hotel management and OYO were having problems and wouldn’t accept my booking, yet the property was still listed online. When I finally got directions to the hotel, they were taking bookings. After arguing, the management offered us a room after two hours, and it was like a matchbox – lights were awful, no neatness, it felt like hell. After one night we got a refund for the rest of the stay and left. Don’t waste your time or money on this hotel. If you book cheaply but the price goes up on the day, they’ll deny your rate and give you excuses. If you want to stay, accept the offer; otherwise, leave.

This place is fake. Don’t book it. It’s hard to find, and when you get there they’ll tell you it used to be an OYO that was recently shut down. An imposter will reply to your messages as if your booking is valid. Nothing else to say – look elsewhere.

The hotel was wonderful, with excellent accommodation and hospitality. The staff were exceptionally friendly, the rooms were spacious, the AC kept the vibe calm, and the bathrooms were good.
