“Хозяйка, очень радушная. Как будто к родственникам приехали. Так было чудестно. Накрыла стол при встрече, на ужин шикарн”
The place is the best, the hotel tops them all, and everything was super.

The brand‑new hotel sits against picturesque mountains, and the fenced grounds include a spacious parking lot so you can sleep easy without worrying about your car. Inside the room, the bed was comfortable, the linens white as snow, towels, bathrobes, slippers, soap and shampoo were all provided, and the plumbing looked modern. Cleanliness was exactly what we love and value. Our room had two balconies, each offering a breathtaking view of the snow‑capped peaks; you can simply sit there with a table and chairs and enjoy the scenery. Breakfasts were fantastic, especially the local dishes—chvshtrari (delicious) and tashmidzabi. The local produce was genuinely tasty and fresh, especially the dairy (no wonder so many cows roam here): maconi, cheese, sausages, eggs, French fries, brewed coffee, tea. I always appreciate a beautiful presentation—this was a real treat: the dishes, the plating, the interior like a fine restaurant. Service was European‑level, and the owner, Malhaz, was attentive, polite, friendly, and ready to solve any practical issue. He clearly puts a lot of effort into his business, everything is organized with soul. He told us about local life, the Swanetian mountains, how to reach the museums we had planned (the Margaiani family house and the climber Mikhail Khergiani’s house). Those museums are interesting—highly recommended. Near the hotel a trail to the Chaldidi glacier starts. Overall, our holiday was simply wonderful. We were also allowed to bring our dog, a caverpigger named Kaiser, absolutely free, and we’re very grateful for that. We’ll gladly return to this hotel again; we’re planning a trip in the summer to conquer the mountains 😊. Our holiday was wonderful! Thanks.

We stayed in a family suite on the 5th floor, each of the three bedrooms had its own king‑size bed and en‑suite bathroom, and the huge living room opened onto a balcony with a refreshing view; the only downside was the lack of a sink for washing fruit in that large lounge, and although a communal kitchen is on the ground floor, we were on the 5th floor, plus a slight sewage smell drifted up from the bathroom.
