The staff were very friendly and did everything possible to accommodate requests, the beds were superb for a good night's sleep, the mini‑fridge in the room was great, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding; overall a fantastic hotel. Many thanks to Jürgen at the reception. I have nothing to criticize.
