I appreciated how the owner helped my family with rides to consular appointments. However, the advertised guest house didn’t match the reality: the rooms were only two, dirty, and poorly maintained. The listing promised three bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and other spaces, but there was no privacy. The owner tried to charge extra for a different house during my stay, and then moved my family back to the original house for the rest of the stay, forcing me to book a hotel room separately to give my family privacy.

The location was perfect, the area quiet, and the host was super friendly and took us to our appointments. Some tenants arrived who didn’t allow us to use the kitchen or bathroom, but otherwise the house was fine. We’re very grateful to the lady.
