The bathroom is clean, though it’s outside the room, which doesn’t match the portal description. The surrounding area looks like a mining site instead of tidy little lakes (the portal photo is misleading). The apartment is a converted metal shack with flimsy windows barely attached to the walls. You can hear sounds from other rooms through the walls, and the bathroom is on the corridor instead of inside the room. The kitchen is shared and feels more like a workers’ hotel.

The beds are quite comfortable and the kitchen equipment is decent, but the water had a slight gasoline smell. There were no mosquito nets, and since the place is by the lake, insects were everywhere.

Nothing good. I definitely don’t recommend this place. I paid for a room with a private bathroom and a terrace, but my friend and I were put into a room that was far below the standard we paid for. We reported the issue immediately, but the owner told us to contact his wife in the morning because he doesn’t handle bookings. He claims booking changes the description himself, that there’s a wardrobe that doesn’t exist and a bathtub that he admits was never there. The room was supposed to have a coffee set, which it clearly didn’t. The back of the building is unfinished, and on the water side there’s a huge construction site. The owner is rude, calling customers “don’t bother.” The room was dirty, and the photos attached show that. You can’t relax; the kitchen is shared with no separate room. Noise starts at dawn, and we were given a room right at the entrance doors that creaked every morning. The owner insisted that no one had a problem except us, ignoring that he listed a different offer and sold a different one; he blames booking entirely. The photos on booking and Facebook show houses with lake terraces (what we paid for), but we ended up in an addition to the owners’ house that looks like a container (metal walls). There’s construction work running through the corridor, and the laundry area poses a danger, a matter for building and health authorities.
