I’ve stayed at Sunset Hotel so many times that I can’t even keep track; it feels more like my own home than a hotel, where I can come and go as I please and always feel fully accommodated and cared for. Manager Mohsin Ali consistently makes me feel exceptionally valued and treated like a family member, stepping in personally whenever there’s even a minor issue. The whole staff is warm, professional, and welcoming. The property is exceptionally clean, beautiful, and well‑maintained. If you ever get the chance to visit Karachi and need a place to stay, I wholeheartedly recommend Sunset—you’ll have a wonderful, comfortable, and truly enjoyable experience! Honestly, nothing! I loved everything about my stay. A few minor items were needed, which I discussed with the manager, and he immediately arranged for them. Great hospitality!

Good value for money, but the location is a drawback.

The staff were good and professional, the location is great, security is good, breakfast is very good, corridors are clean, the room AC was very very good, and the lounge area is beautiful. However, it doesn’t feel like good value for money; rooms are small, tea/coffee and water are very expensive, parking is small, and smoking is only allowed in a dedicated area. Overall, it’s ok ok.
