The room was great, the people were very friendly, and it offered good value for money; the bathroom was a bit small.

I got a cheap rate, the place was clean, the air‑conditioner was cool, and there was a hot water heater. The heater sometimes lags in turning on, so hot water isn’t always instant. The location forces you into a deep alley; without a car it’s a hassle. There are no shops on the street, but nearby restaurants are close enough.
